Do I need to bring anything?
-We have all the mats and props you need but we recommend you bring water for before and after your practice. Hydration is the basis of health.
What do I wear?
-Comfortable exercise clothes are best for yoga. Nothing so tight you can’t move. Nothing so loose it will fall over your head when you bend over. Flexible and stretchy clothes are best.
